Jessica offers a full-service listing experience designed to take the pressure off homeowners. She manages and coordinates the entire preparation process, guiding clients through vendor selection and arranging services such as decluttering, movers, packers, temporary storage, estate liquidation, painters, and pre-listing inspections, with costs handled directly by the client. Jessica’s preparation and coordination services are seamlessly included within her brokerage fee, so clients receive full support without additional service charges. Her clients receive dedicated support from the initial walk-through through closing, including a one-hour consultation to create a clear plan before the home hits the market.
